A loyalty card (stamp card or cash-back wallet) branded for your business, which your customers save in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet or use from the browser; the app to record their purchases; Wallet notifications; automatic reminders; the Google review request; reports; your QR ready to print, and support over WhatsApp.

Pricing is per location: each location you sign up pays its own monthly fee.

The list price is US$39 a month per location (or $699 MXN tax included when paying in pesos), with no setup fee. For large businesses or chains a different price may be agreed before payment; the price that applies is the one shown on the payment page and in your contract. Billing is automatic every month to the card you register on the Stripe payment page, which emails you the receipt. Discount coupons apply on the terms they are offered (for example, first month free).

If a charge fails, Stripe retries it. If it remains unpaid after 15 days, the service may be suspended until it is settled.

If you need an invoice (Mexican CFDI), send me your tax details and I will issue it.

The service is month to month with no lock-in. You can cancel anytime by WhatsApp or email: you will not be charged the following month and the service stays active until the end of the paid period. Periods already paid are not refunded.

When you cancel I hand you your customer list in Excel.

Your customers' data (name, WhatsApp and their purchases or stamps) belongs to you. You are the data controller towards them and I process the data on your behalf, solely to operate the card, as a processor under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. I do not sell it or use it for other purposes.

Every card includes a privacy notice with your details as controller, which you provide when you sign up.

The card runs on Apple Wallet and Google Wallet and is subject to their rules and availability. Under Google's policies, stamps, balance or rewards are never offered in exchange for reviews, and the review is requested from every customer alike.

Promotional notifications must be about your own business and may not be misleading. I may pause a send that does not comply.

I do my reasonable best to keep the service available at all times, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific sales results. My maximum liability is limited to what you have paid in the last three months.

If these terms or the price change, I will give you at least 30 days' notice. If you do not agree, you may cancel at no cost.
