Privacy policy

Francisco Javier Sierra de León, operating from Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data collected through sierradeleon.com. For anything related to this policy, write to javier@sierradeleon.com.

This site has no sign-up form and no client area. If you email me, I receive only the information you choose to include in your message: usually your name, your email, your business name and what you want to solve.

The site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

To reply to your message, prepare a proposal and, if you hire me, to deliver and invoice the work. I do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

When a client hires me, I am granted access to their advertising and analytics accounts. That access is used exclusively to manage their campaigns, generate their performance reports and monitor their accounts.

Performance data is retrieved through the platforms' official APIs: the Google Ads API (through my manager account, MCC 628-626-0825), the Meta Marketing API and Google Analytics 4. Read requests are made in order to build reports and monitoring alerts.

The client retains ownership of their accounts and their data at all times and may revoke my access at any point. I do not transfer one client's performance data to another, nor use it to build products or audiences outside the account it belongs to.

Data obtained from Google APIs is used in accordance with the applicable Google policies and terms of service, including the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions.

I keep correspondence and reports for the duration of the commercial relationship and for up to five years afterward, for tax and backup reasons. After that they are deleted.

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or object to the processing of your personal data by writing to javier@sierradeleon.com. I answer these requests within twenty business days at most.

If I change this policy, I publish the new version at this same address and update the date in the header.
