Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan your QR with their camera and save the card in the Wallet that already comes with their phone.
Can I change the reward or the percentage?
Yes. You decide how many stamps and which reward, or what percentage comes back as balance. Want to change it later? Just message me.
How much do notifications cost?
Nothing extra. Wallet notifications and automatic reminders are included in the US$39.
Does it work with WhatsApp and delivery orders?
Yes. You look the customer up by name or phone, even when they're not there, and the purchase counts too.
What if I cancel?
You stop paying from the next month and take your customer list with you in Excel. No penalties.
What if I have several locations?
Each location is US$39 a month; you choose how many on the payment page. For chains or large businesses, message me for a custom quote.
Is there a contract?
Yes. When you pay you accept the terms of service, and when you fill in your sign-up form you get your contract as a PDF with your details, your plan and the date you accepted.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes (Mexican CFDI). Request it in your sign-up form or send me your tax details.
